ANDROID Developer (m/w/d)

Are you looking for a job that is more than ‘just’ app development? At MOBIWORX, you will actively help shape the digitalisation of cities and communities. You will work on projects with real impact and develop apps that are truly needed out in the field. You will use the latest technologies such as AI and machine learning – and work in a team that celebrates innovation and gives you space for your ideas.

🚀 What you can expect:

  • You will develop Android apps for municipal applications, e.g. for mobile operations control and data collection in the field.
  • You will integrate AI functions such as automatic data recognition or smart user guidance.
  • You will bring GPS, sensor technology and vehicle hardware into the app via telematics.
  • You will analyse performance in real-world operation.
  • You will write clean, testable code with a focus on clean code.
  • You will work closely with UX/UI design, product management and embedded development.
  • You will work in an agile Scrum team with pair programming, reviews and retros.
  • You will test new tools and frameworks such as Jetpack Compose.

👨‍💻 What you should bring with you:

  • A degree or vocational training in IT
  • Experience in Android (Kotlin, Java or Scala) and a desire to learn more
  • Enthusiasm for digitalisation, new tools and modern tech stacks
  • You like clean code, TDD and enjoy working in an agile environment (Scrum, Git, CI/CD)
  • Tools such as Git, Docker or Jenkins are familiar to you
