Help shape the future of our IT infrastructure – innovatively, sustainably, together

What we want to achieve together (our goals)

• You ensure that our production system and company network run reliably and securely.
• Together, we integrate new technologies, such as AI-based monitoring and automation solutions, to continuously improve our IT infrastructure.
• We are making our IT future-proof and innovative – and you are a central part of this process.

Your mission (your tasks)

• You maintain and manage our productive environment in a professional data center.
• You modernize network components and servers and ensure a robust infrastructure.
• You install and update productive Ubuntu Linux VMs and take our systems to the next level.
• You implement and operate AI-supported tools for monitoring, optimization and automation (e.g. anomaly detection, performance optimization).

What you bring (your qualifications)

• Experience in IT:
• You have experience with GNU/Linux systems (e.g. Debian, Ubuntu) and are familiar with basic network concepts.
• Basic knowledge of working with containers (e.g. Docker) is a plus, but not a must – we will train you!
• Technical understanding:
• Do terms like “monitoring”, “user administration”, “virtualization” or “artificial intelligence” sound exciting to you? Perfect, we will help you develop in these areas.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Prometheus, Grafana, PostgreSQL, FreeIPA, Xen or AI-supported monitoring tools is an advantage, but not essential.
• Willingness to learn:
• You want to develop your skills in automation (e.g. scripting) or the integration of modern AI applications.
• Qualifications:
• Whether you have a degree, an apprenticeship in IT (e.g. IT specialist) or simply relevant practical experience – what counts with us is what you can do and how you learn.
